Responsible for coordinating and scheduling daily job plansAnalyze maintenance repair specifications to determine tools, parts and human resource requirementsFacilitate communication between maintenance and other onsite departments in the refineryAssist with bi-annual turnaround planningWork with Maintenance Manager to ensure KPI’s tracked by CMMS are metPerform equipment reliability analysis and recommend improvements based on Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) findingsAspire to grow into an understanding of equipment reliability improvements through analysis of equipment trends, historical and field data to identify performance driversAssist with site engineering support for turnarounds.Responsible for ordering parts according to lead timesMonitor critical parts inventory levels to achieve necessary levelsUpdate proprietary CMMS with data regarding labor hours, parts usage and contractor repair costsResponsible for organizing the maintenance warehouse and receiving areaCreate purchase orders for approval by management, based on quotes received from vendorsReceive and match invoices, documenting any discrepanciesWhat does it take to work for Noble Oil?3 years as a Maintenance Planner and/or Maintenance Project Management6 years of Industrial or manufacturing type experience preferred3 years’ experience with a CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Software)Strong analysis, cleansing/scrubbing and organizing data skills Must be able read, understand and apply technical information from manuals, books, drawings and diagramsProficiency in MS Office Suite Excel, Word and Project Gantt Chart experience is a plusMust be detail oriented and meet deadlinesExcellent communication with all levels of an organizationMust be able to influenceMust be able to lift up to 50lbs, climb ladders, stand for long periods, stoop, bend, reach etc. Safety-Kleen Systems, a Clean Harbors company, has a commitment to excellence deeply rooted in a strong sense of tradition.
