You’ll get to: The Maintenance Supervisor supervise all facilities and production maintenance needs, including supporting the preventive maintenance program while ensuring all safety & quality requirements are met. Directs efforts of maintenance and facilities team members to achieve daily manufacturing work schedules, driving team members to meet or exceed all goals of safety, quality, delivery, and cost.Take lead role in trouble shooting plant wide problems, determine and coordinate resources needed for problem resolution.Responsible for work assignments of team members.Responsible for overtime work schedules and overtime management of assigned departments as approved through supervision.Responsible for OJT training of team members within assigned departments.Responsible for daily, weekly, & monthly documentation of assigned work area as it pertains to 5S & safety audits, efficiency reporting, SPC reporting, scrap reporting, maintenance work orders, & DMR maintenance.Responsible for scheduling department work centers & equipment to meet departmental output per 13 week schedules.Facilitates team meetings for communication, implementation of continuous improvement in areas of safety, quality, delivery, & cost.Works closely with area supervisor for talent management and conflict resolution.Interact with site contractors to complete special project tasks. Satisfies internal and external customer & supplier needs.Interface with local power company in the event of storm or other electrical outages.Contractor Management to include all EHS compliance, project scope and scheduling.The Person: You love to learn and grow and be acknowledged for your valuable contributions.
