About the Role:

At Stonemark Management, we are looking for a talented Maintenance Technologist to join our team. As a key member of our facilities team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the physical facilities and grounds within our communities.

Your primary responsibilities will include performing maintenance tasks, providing exceptional service to residents, and collaborating with the Service Supervisor to complete projects. To succeed in this role, you will need a strong technical background, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out routine maintenance tasks, including repairs and preventative maintenance
  • Respond to resident service requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with the Service Supervisor to prioritize tasks and manage workload
  • Perform on-call duties for emergency situations or when assigned

Requirements:

  • HVAC certification is mandatory
  • EPA certification - Type I and Type II is preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a service position, preferably in an apartment community or a related field

Estimated Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
