Operator III, Form/Fill

The Operator III, Form/Fill is responsible for operating filling equipment of pre-filled syringes and vials.  The role works closely with formulation and provides minor troubleshooting.

This is a fulltime role working 12 hours; 6:00AM - 6:30PM rotating 3/4 days weekly (Thursday – Sunday / Friday – Sunday alternating each week)

The Role

  • Perform in-line sterile filtration and integrity testing of product filters
  • Set up of filling equipment which includes part installation on filling line
  • Run and troubleshoot complex machinery through Human Machine Interface (HMI)
  • Collect and deliver samples throughout execution per sampling plan
  • Perform unit counts post batch execution
  • Performing quality checks of finished units during fill processing
  • Other duties as assigned

The Candidate

  • High School/GED required
  • Associate’s degree or higher preferred
  • 3 years of direct pharmaceutical manufacturing experience
  • Must be able to read and understand English-written job instructions and safety requirements
