We are looking for a dedicated Sonographer PRN like you to be a part of our team.Job Summary and QualificationsProvides care for patients requiring US procedures. Performs all duties directly involved with procedures utilizing US for diagnostic and interventional procedures. Operates equipment setting appropriate technical factors to produce diagnostic quality images according to radiology practice standards, and relay images along with pertinent clinical information to the physician for interpretation. Assists with inventory management and patient scheduling. Takes on-call as assigned to provide after-hours high volume coverage.All employees of North Florida Regional Medical Center will promote a culture of safety, follow established policies, and adhere to all state and federal regulatory requirements, Joint Commission requirements, and National Patient Safety standards.What qualifications you will need:Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start dateGraduate from an accredited Ultrasound Program or equivalent education.No experience RequiredRegistered Radiographer (ARRT (S) Sonography), or Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (ARDMS Registered)ARDMS RVT or ARRT (VS) Vascular Sonography required within one yearHCA Florida North Florida Hospital is a 523-bed, full-service medical and surgical acute care center.
