The experience and skills you gain here will provide a strong foundation for future opportunities within our organization.Campbell's is looking for a Finance Analyst who will apply their analytical skills and financial acumen to support key processes across the department. Analysts will contribute to the Accounting, Audit or FP&A functions, depending on their assignment, by delivering insights in areas such as financial reporting, financial planning and audit assessments, while also participating in projects involving financial analysis, operational efficiency and effectiveness, financial systems, and data management improvements. This position will report to a manager within the Finance Function depending on the specific role. This role is located at our Camden, NJ headquarters. Campbell's operates a hybrid work environment with 3 days a week in the office and 2 days remote.What You Will DoCollaborate with teams and cross-functional business partners to provide meaningful insights and contribute to business operationsPrepare and analyze financial and/or operational data, identify trends, draw appropriate conclusions and provide recommendations or corrective action plansConduct analysis to evaluate business processes and contribute to continuous improvement efforts Assist with various day-to-day finance and accounting tasks, such as reporting, variance analysis, and/or audit procedures Establish and maintain positive working relationships across the team and organization, fostering a collaborative work environmentWho We Are Looking ForThe qualified candidate will have:A strong analytical mindset, capable of utilizing data and analytics to identify trends and draw meaningful conclusionsEffective communication skills to influence, build relationships and collaborate with team members across various levels of the organizationA proactive work ethic, able to take initiative in managing tasks, escalate questions / issues promptly, and ensure timely follow-throughStrong organizational skills, a high-level attention to detail and the ability to prioritize multiple workstreamsMotivation to improve tools, processes, and templates to drive efficiencies A willingness to improve oneself by soliciting feedback from othersA desire to be a team player by actively seeking new projects and opportunities to contribute to and support the overall success of the teamCurrently enrolled in Business (Accounting, Business Analytics / Data Analytics, Economics, Finance or Management Information Systems), with a strong preference for a Data Analytics background; this can include a concentration (i.e., major, minor, etc.) or substantial coursework in data analyticsA candidate who exhibits a basic understanding and experience with financial statements and financial planning, as well as demonstrates their ability to integrate data-driven decision-making into finance-related rolesA candidate who demonstrates proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, as well as experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau, and data analytics tools such as Power Query, Alteryx or other relevant softwareMust be graduating in Spring 2025A minimum GPA of 3.0Candidate must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship or assistance from the companyCompensation and Benefits:The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between$56,500-$81,200Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
