Gpac just partnered with a successful Manufacturing company that is seeking an Outside Sales Representative

This Company has over 75 years of experience Competitive compensation and looking to hire quickly. 

This position covers Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Alaska, & Hawaii

Responsibilities:


  • Responsible for servicing and training existing dealers and customers on products.
  • Develop business relationships with new dealers and customers. Continue to increase market share in all company product offerings.
  • Manage the sales and growth opportunities in a given geographical territory.
  • Develop a plan which will allow you to capture a minimum of 25% market share in your territory on the products the company chooses to support.
  • Develop and maintain an active project list, which will allow you to meet or exceed annual sales goals.
  • Responsible for developing and managing an annual dealer business plan with dealer principles.
  • Develop strong partnership programs with all dealers in your territory.
  • Responsible for conducting sales meetings with dealers, resulting in action plans that will lead to the close of new business.
  • Consult with dealers about advertising and promotion of company products.
  • Manage dealer network to support growth plan and manage/grow direct customer base in territory.
  • Develop value proposition to sell the company over competitive products.
  • Respond to all sales inquiries supplied for your territory.
  • Attend various trade shows to support featured company products and follow up on all leads generated from supported trade shows.
  • Utilize a personal computer for company projects and communications.
  • Develop quotes for all potential opportunities in your territory.  Manage the prospects expectation resulting in the close of business.
  • Develop and complete annual forecast goals.
  • Continue to develop and hone selling skills and product knowledge.
  • Must be able to travel extensively in the specified territory to meet or exceed expectations.
  • Assumes additional responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications:


  • 3-5 years in outside sales,  manufacturing background is required
  • Experience in construction or commerical Trailer industry.
  • Experience on the Road is a PLUS
  • Proven Track record
  • Ability to penetrate and expand Major key accounts/goals


  • Someone who is Motivated, Driven, Self-Starter, and wants to Dominate.
