ALPLA values their employees, work-life balance, personal growth, compensation and sustainability. What Can You Expect From ALPLAHealth and Wellness Care Program- Benefits Child Care BenefitsDependent Care Cost Savings ProgramRecognition programs; Promotional opportunities401K Retirement Plan and excellent Matching PlanMedical, dental, vision planEducation assistance program/tuition reimbursementShort term, long term and life insurance paid by ALPLAPaid vacation; paid holidays What You Will Enjoy Doing Responsibilities include conducting samplings for new bottle developments and setting up the stretch blow molding processPerforms Unit cavity samplings on SBM sampling machine.Setups, adjusts and optimizes stretch blow molding processConducts production tool qualification proceduresAssists packaging manager and project employeesDocuments machine and sampling recordsMaintains inventory list of resin, colorant, tools, etcAssures orderliness, cleanliness and working order of the assigned machines and toolsRequirementsWhat Makes You Great Education/Experience:Min 2 years' experience in Stretch Blow MoldingExperienced in either Toolmaking, Mechanic or Electric/Electronic systems Qualification/Skills:Able to work in Team environmentEffectively manages time as a resource; gives balanced attention to appropriate long-term and short-term prioritiesMust have flexible work availabilityAbility to prioritize, plan and execute duties with minimal supervisionAble to lift up to 60 lbs. and stand for a minimum of 10 hourMust be willing to travel for training up to 12 weeks to our St. Peter's, MO plant. Leave on Monday and come back on Friday.
