You will unlock our growth aspirations by elevating the organizational understanding of behavior through data.Reporting to the Snacks Head of Insights, you will be a critical part of the team working closely with the Chief Marketing Officer and Marketing Leadership Team, providing data-based insights that drive brand performance optimization opportunities. As the Business Analytics Lead you will develop analytic insights synthesized across disparate data sources with a focus on Panel and POS data such as IRI, Luminate, 84.51 and internal sales data. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
