The Treehouse Training Coordinator will work with the Training Supervisor, LMS Manager, and Site Steering Team to develop and maintain current all hourly training materials and track training for all Site Employees. The ideal candidate will have experience in manufacturing and ability to build, coordinate, and facilitate training across all site levels. The Ogden, Utah Plant is a mid-sized manufacturing facility supported by 850 employees that produces private label waffle and cookie products.
Position Responsibilities:
Maintain skills capability matrix for site, under direction of the Training SupervisorTrack site training completion and skills gapsCoordinate all training across site; both classroom and on-the-floorBuild well-written technical training for production equipment and/or linesFacilitate training to frontline operatorsCommunicate effectively with all levels across siteUse photographs, drawings, diagrams, and charts in training material to increase users' understandingAdjust facilitation style to meet the needs of the audience by selecting appropriate training mediums, such as manuals or online videosRevise training materials to keep up with process improvementsDeliver accurate training/documentation under tight deadlines Qualifications and Requirements:
Minimum of two years of manufacturing experienceAssociate's degree preferredStrong computer skills with Microsoft Office applications and ability to learn new systems quicklyWorking experience in technical writing of software documentation and basic knowledge of video editing programs, VisioExcellent interpersonal and facilitator skills to which employees respond positivelyAbility to work across multiple shifts to meet the needs of a 24/7 operating environmentExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work with a cross-functional team to drive improved performance Your TreeHouse Foods Career is Just a Click Away
