Apply today and begin building a meaningful career that matters. Authoring business requirements for functionality to be delivered as part of the TriZetto product portfolio. Collaborating with other stakeholders to create the high-level designs and the detailed functional design artifacts that will be used to develop TriZetto products and solutions. Serving as a subject matter expert in all areas of the software development life cycle (i.e., software engineering, quality assurance, and technical communications), assists customer support, sales and consulting/implementation services. Job Title: Product Owner Role: Individual Contributor Essential Functions: · Work with Product Management, Solution Owners, Scrum Masters, Leadership, and other stakeholders to help ensure backlog strategy and execution alignment · Experience working with Agile scrum and Kanban. · Lead and facilitate the deliverables of Agile teams (including ceremonies) by working with stakeholders to clarify epic objectives and ensure Agile team members can accomplish these objectives. · Create Sprint and Release plans; ensure that plans receive appropriate review, authorization, and visibility through Agile ceremonies. · Ownership and strong stewardship of agile team’s backlog, story definitions and refinement; including rank order across competing priorities (roadmap, defects etc.) · Support team needs and conflict resolution. · Track and forecast project progress, activity and effort; communicate effectively through multiple channels to sponsors and key stakeholders. · Continuous and early assessment of project risk factors and recommendation of courses of action to mitigate risk. · Manage internal and external stakeholder communication. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science. An equivalent combination of education and work experience may be taken into consideration in lieu of a degree. Required Experience: Minimum of 5 years related experience in a software development environment. Desired Experience: 5+ years of project delivery experience in leading Scrum/Agile development teams with demonstrated results. Experience in the Healthcare technology industry and claims processing systems Experience in managing technical aspects of the project Experience in product backlog management process including prioritization, estimating, planning, risk and issue management. Scrum Certification in Product Ownership desired; Scaled Agile experience (SAFe) Behavioral Competencies: Understand and empathize with others Coach people through powerful questions rather than use of authority Demonstrate Servant Leader skills Expert facilitation skills Critical thinking skills to analyze a situation and organize and guide teams to solve problems Possess strong ability to tackle complex problems creatively, manage risk and influence rapid decision-making Team player and works well in large group environments Technical Competencies: Microservices Architecture Container technologies Performance and scalability of applications SQL Server Limited Travel Our strength is built on our ability to work together.
