8:00am, Flexible as needSaturdays required with shipping scheduleResponsibilities & ExpectationsOrganize orders in tray for loading dockAssign loads to doors, print pick lists, assign row cards, and temp recorders to each loadCheck inventory received and make adjustments if neededDispatch loads in and out of dock doorsProvide information on product and load status to shag service and production managementManage trailer assigning, changing status, etc. Check product rotationPlan future dated load activitiesRun out-by-time reportsAssist loading dock in other needs for remainder of timeLog shipments on Load sheet (excel spreadsheet)Other duties as assignedQualificationsComputer/keyboard literateExcellent telephone skillsCommunication skills
