BILLING CLERKHours: 3:00-11:30pmPosition Description:Bill loads within 30 minutes of receiving.Thoroughly check and proof export documents when received.Notify drivers when loads are ready.Update call list regularly.Checkout drivers when a guard is not available.Saturdays when the shipping shift works.Cross train with Export Clerk.Other duties as assignedQualifications:Strong organizational skills.High School diploma or GED equivalent.Previous accounting and office experience preferred.Excellent computer skills required.Communication skills- written and verbal including phone etiquette.Good work history including phone etiquette.Good work history including attendance.Team playerWe are an equal opportunity employer.
