budget and company goals.
Provide resources and information to empower teams for
success.
Execute the operating budget and achieve profit
objectives.
Maintain effective communication with management,
employees, customers, and suppliers.
Conduct regular staff meetings to review performance,
address operational issues, and set goals.
Analyze financial statements to evaluate company
performance and recommend management actions.
Recruit, train, motivate, and manage management
personnel.
Conduct annual performance evaluations for direct
reports and ensure compliance with evaluation procedures.
Document and communicate company policies and ensure
adherence.
Oversee production planning to meet customer
expectations and demands.
Ensure employee safety, product quality, and food
safety standards are met.
Maintain high reliability of team members to meet daily
production and shipping requirements.
Minimum Qualifications:
Reports directly to the Director of Operations and
collaborates with the management team.
Strong organizational and communication skills
required.
Education/Experience:
Extensive knowledge of baking and bakery operations.
7-10 years of management experience in manufacturing
(preferred).
Bachelor's degree in business or related field
(preferred).
