Apply Now Your Opportunity The MCW/Slicer/Operator is responsible for properly operating the Microwave panel, Slicer and Dicer and keep line supplied with product. In addition, we offer opportunities for career growth and professional development.Core Responsibilities Operates Microwave control panel to properly cook bacon to product specifications.
Operates and feeds Slicer with designated materials (bellies, scraps, or ends and pieces).
Inspects and trim out any dirt, skin, hair roots or bone.
Checks for broken belly comb hooks.
Loads raw materials onto lift with electric transporter.
Monitors Slicer or Dicer for proper operation.
May assist in departmental cleanup as required.
Keeps track of downtime and other key operational information.
Performs other duties as assigned.

High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED), preferred.
