Our client is currently seeking a Facilities/Site Operations ManagerAs an Adult Learning Facilitator, you will play a crucial role in delivering effective training programs at our client's facility. You will be responsible for preparing training materials, scheduling sessions, and providing guidance to learners. Working Mon-Fri 8am-5pmYour ability to communicate effectively, maintain a positive learning environment, and monitor student progress will be essential to the success of our training initiatives. \t\t\tThis job will have the following responsibilities: \t\t\t \t\t\t \t\t\tPrepare training materials, equipment, and resources for classroom sessions.Schedule, coordinate, and monitor the delivery of all training programs.Conduct engaging training sessions, demonstrating concepts and guiding learners through assignments.Ensure a professional and organized learning environment, adhering to company dress code standards.Assist in editing and providing feedback on training content. Monitor training goals and make necessary adjustments to the program.Evaluate and provide feedback to center staff attending training sessions.Track and report student training progress to site leadership. \t\t\t \t\t\t \t\t\tQualifications & Requirements: \t\t\t \t\t\tStrong communication skills, both verbal and writtenExcellent public speaking and presentation skillsActive listening skillsProven experience delivering training to adult learnersStrong organizational and time management skills Bachelor's degree preferredProficiency in Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Smartsheet \t\t\tThank you for your time, we look forward to working with you \t\t\t
