Work closely with the Machine Operators in the efficient and accurate processing of retail recipes. Follows recipe and HACCP steps to ensure correct completion of all recipes to re-determined standards. Communicate effectively within department to ensure most efficient and highest quality processing possible. Ability to learn, operate and adjust multi head filler processing equipment.Positional accountabilities: 100% adherence to all recipe designs; no deviations. 100% adherence to all company GMP s (Good Manufacturing Practices) and SOP s (Standard Operating Procedures); no deviations. Ability through training and appropriate time in the position; to run, adjust, breakdown and reassemble job specific processing equipment. Communicate and coordinate with Machine Operators the efficient execution of all recipes. Understand implications of
