You will transform raw data into cohesive, valuable reports capturing meaningful business insights. This role combines technical expertise in data analytics with an understanding of supply chain principles to help drive efficiency and cost savings.Key Job Responsibilities:Participate and complete requirements and experiences in the Rise to Lead program. Including, but not limited to, rotational projects, in-person experiences, GB Institutional courses, and eLearnings.Designing and developing BI reports and dashboards to meet the business stakeholders needsGathering and understanding business requirements for data visualization and analysisCollaborating with data engineers and analysts to acquire, clean, and transform data for reporting purposesCreating complex calculations and measures to support data analysisTroubleshooting and resolving issues in Power BI reportsProviding training and support to end users on using Power BIKeeping up-to-date with the latest Power BI features and trendsIdentify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to identify opportunities to improve supply chain processes.Designs and proposes recommendations for business process & workflow automation improvementsEnsuring data security and compliance with best practicesReviews current state business processes & designs future processes to support Supply Chain Transformation initiativesCollaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures to support Integrated Business Planning programsKey IT Experience:Experience with data analysis & visualization tools required Power BI, TableauData modeling & coding experience is a plusFoundational knowledge of supply chain principles and distribution requiredSQL and/or Database management skills or aptitude to quickly learn is importantERP, WMS, Demand Planning, or other Supply Chain planning software experience preferredExperience of handling business transformation projects in complex environmentStrong professional communication skills with an ability to deliver complex information to a variety of audiences with impactStrong analytical, critical thinking, problem solving, negotiation, and time/process management skills with attention to detailDemonstrates sound professional judgment and makes high quality decisions within an environment that can have tight deadlines and ambiguityFlexible outlook, high learning agility, and proven change agentConsumer products / food industry experience preferred Position Requirements: Key Behavioral Competencies:Exceptional prioritization and project management skillsComfort level with a very high volume, fast paced operation in a time sensitive environmentExcellent interpersonal & problem solving skills, written and verbal communication skillsPossesses a global mindsetInterested in becoming a Business Technology field leaderEducation and Work History:Minimum of Bachelor s degree or higher in business or related disciplineGraduated within the past 24 monthsAttained a minimum GPA of 3.0Demonstrated leadership experiences in academic, on/off-campus settingsOpen to relocation during the program5+ years of experience with similar responsibilitiesHigh level of proficiency with Microsoft Office products, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for providing purchase and vendor analyses, Excel and/or PowerPoint presentations for managementProficiency in automated Planning systems, Oracle EBS/Cloud preferredThe physical and mental demands described in each job posting are representative of those that must be met by an associate to successfully perform the essential functions of each job.
