Title - IT Procurement Analyst

Location - Horsham, Pennsylvania

Workplace Type - Remote

Hours - Mon-Fri | 8am-5pm (East Cost Hours)

Pay Rate- $105 - $109/hr.

Key Responsibilities:

Procurement Management:

• Manage the procurement of IT hardware, software, and services, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and budgetary guidelines.
• Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules.

Wireless Infrastructure Support:

• Leverage expertise in Cisco Wireless infrastructure architecture and design, including experience with 5500 and 9800 Wireless Controllers.
• Utilize Cisco Catalyst Center (formerly Cisco DNA) to maintain and optimize wireless infrastructure.
• Implement and manage Cisco Spaces to enhance wireless network efficiency.

Network Design and Surveys:

• Conduct wireless network design and surveys using Ekahau, ensuring optimal coverage and performance.
• Analyze survey results and provide actionable recommendations for network improvements.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

• Develop and maintain detailed procurement records, reports, and dashboards.
• Track and analyze wireless infrastructure performance, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT operations and project management, to understand requirements and deliver procurement solutions.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, providing updates and insights into procurement activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Cisco wireless infrastructure architecture and design, with hands-on experience in 5500 and 9800 Wireless Controllers.
• Expertise in Cisco Catalyst Center and Cisco Spaces.
• Advanced proficiency in Ekahau Wireless Design and Surveys.
• Strong understanding of procurement processes within an IT infrastructure environment.
• Exceptional analytical, organizational, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment, adhering to East Coast business hours.
