Description
Superintendent - Ground Up Commercial - Worcester, MA - Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage day-to-day operations of large-scale, ground-up construction projects, including commercial and multifamily developments.
- Coordinate and supervise on-site staff, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
- Ensure safety compliance on all job sites, including maintaining safety protocols and enforcing OSHA standards.
- Use Procore to track and manage project schedules, documents, and budgets.
- Collaborate closely with the General Superintendent and project teams to ensure effective communication and project success.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or delays that may arise during construction.
Profile
Superintendent - Ground Up Commercial - Worcester, MA - Will have
- 15+ years of experience in ground-up commercial construction with a proven track record of success on large projects.
- Strong background in site work and hands-on knowledge of the construction trades.
- Experience with Procore or similar project management software.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and maintain focus on safety, quality, and efficiency.
- Local to Worcester area is preferred.
