Fueler must have strong organizational skills to track, monitor and measure the fuel being dispenses into each unit. Keeping accurate nightly records to insure all trucks are fueled on time is critical. Recording and monitoring tank levels to insure we have fuel in part of job responsibility. Related Experience/Requirements:
Responsibilities include, but not limited to the following:Performs 10-point fuel island safety inspection on the fleetFuels tractors and trailersChecks oil levels in all equipmentMaintains record keeping of fuelMay be required to do minor cleaning on fleet. What you bring to the table
Education/Training
:
Must be able to read and communicate in the English language such as to attend trainings, hold conversations, receive safety and job-related coaching, read labels, and enter information on reports if neededHigh School Diploma/GED preferred; however, must be able to read, write and communicate in English as it relates to the job and to the safety regulations. Must have basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide). Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
:
Must be at least 21 years of age.The following information is provided in accordance with certain state and local laws. Compensation depends on experience, geographic locations, and other factors permitted by law. The expected compensation for this role is between $22 and $24/hr . This role is also eligible for
overtime compensation
