This shared passion for achievement is the lifeblood of our company.Job Summary:The Sanitation Technician will be responsible for cleaning production equipment, machines, and work areas in the food processing facilities. Responsible for handling and preparing cleaning chemicals, preparing sanitizers, preparing chemical concentrations, handling, and storing the chemicals, and managing chemical accidents.Duties/Responsibilities:To perform this Sanitation Technician job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The employee regularly works in outside weather conditions and environments both hot and cold. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud. The ability to coordinate two or more limbs (for example: two arms, two legs or one leg and one arm) while sitting, standing, or lying down.The ability to time movements in anticipation of changes in the speed and/or direction of a moving object.The ability to exert maximum muscle force to lift, push, pull or carry objects.The employee must frequently lift and/or move 10 to 25 pounds and regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
