Logistics Center Associate II

Hours - 6 AM EST - 2:30 PM EST
Key Responsibilities:
- LEAN/Continuous Improvement: Actively participate in 5S, Idea Board, Audits, and Visual Control Systems.
- SAP & Material Processing: Utilize SAP to process transactions and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Cross-Training: Gain proficiency in various outbound tasks and contribute to team-wide operations.
- Physical Tasks: Lift, move, and organize materials using warehouse equipment; ability to frequently lift to 25 lbs., and occasionally 30-75 lbs. with assistance.
- Cycle Counts & Replenishment: Help track inventory and ensure timely replenishment.
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Proven experience with SAP and material processing
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Trained on warehouse power equipment (Forklift/WAVE Picker) preferred.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently and in teams.
- Dependable and punctual
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and lift to 75 lbs. with assistance.
- Ability to operate manual pallet jacks and use standard office equipment.
