Proven experience Implementing Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) solutions, including configuration of scheduling policies, work rules, and service objectives. - Expertise knowledge in FSL - Schedule automation and Optimization, enhanced scheduling and Optimization Solid experience in analyzing the existing solutions and transforming/ merge to FSL OOB functionalities Manage expectations and communicate with clients, internal teams, and third-party vendors. Skills The ideal candidate should possess: A proven background working on the Salesforce platform. Strong business analyst skills with the ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions. Hands-on experience in Salesforce configuration and technical implementation. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members. Qualifications 10+ years of experience in developing technology solutions. 3+ years of experience implementing Salesforce FSL solutions by handling client-facing projects in positions of increasing responsibility in systems development and related business consulting.
