Creates, evaluates and implements plans and design proposals for high impact IT solutions and their use involving leading edge technologies and methods considering key factors such as their long-term effectiveness (service delivery and cost), practicality, technical limitations and criticality. The successful candidate will be instrumental in designing, implementing, and overseeing our SAP HANA solutions to boost business functionality and performance.Key Responsibilities:Architect and implement end-to-end SAP HANA solutions, including data modeling, provisioning, and performance optimization.Develop and manage BW on HANA data warehousing solutions, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.Oversee SLT replication scenarios and data transfer processes between SAP systems and HANA databases.Design and deploy applications on SAP BTP, integrating with HANA and other SAP solutions.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align SAP HANA and BTP solutions with business objectives.Lead migration projects for SAP environments to HANA, including ECC, CRM, and S/4HANA.Provide expertise in cloud migrations, particularly to public cloud environments using SAP BTP services.Advocate for best practices in SAP development, design standards, data archiving, and scalability.Facilitate the integration of HANA Models with BW objects and develop sophisticated reporting architectures.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.Minimum of [12] years of professional IT experience with SAP HANA, BW, SLT, and SAP BTP.Demonstrated expertise in SAP HANA administration, performance tuning, and developing on SAP BTP.Familiarity with BW4HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), and creating integrated solutions on SAP BTP.Knowledge of AWS technologies (S3 data lake, Redshift, Glue) is a plus.Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and leadership capabilities. BE AWARE OF FRAUD: When applying for a job at Jabil you will be contacted via correspondence through our official job portal with a jabil.com e-mail address; direct phone call from a member of the Jabil team; or direct e-mail with a jabil.com e-mail address.
