Make It With Pride.Job Description:Senior Associate Brand Manager, Innovation will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of Innovation plans across the Chips Ahoy Brand, while also working on new category innovation in Cakes and Pastries.
Cakes and Pastries is a strategic growth driver for Mondelez and its long term vision and the SABM will have the unique opportunity to help drive innovation strategy in this new and exciting space.
In addition, the SABM will deliver innovation under the Chips Ahoy Brand which is set to become a $1BN brand in the US market with rapid growth in the past several years.
The role will have exposure in creating an innovation pipeline based on key consumer insights, and in commercializing innovation ideas all the way from idea to shelf.How you will contribute:Working across brand and cross-functional teams, you will progress existing innovation projects through commercialization and lead cross functional teams to solve problems and execute with excellence.
In addition, you will generate key consumer insights to inform innovation strategy and the long term pipeline.
