You support profit and loss management and future business development plans and objectives including new product development and platform opportunities.How you will contribute:The Senior Associate Brand Manager, Nourish Snack Crackers will be responsible for the end-to-end in-year delivery and strategic growth plans of the Mondelez Snack Crackers Portfolio. The Portfolio is both a strategic priority within our larger 2030 Growth Ambition and this SABM will have the unique opportunity to drive rapid change and growth on this business with a dedicated cross-functional team. This role will also have exposure in executing brand strategy across equity, portfolio, quality, communication, and activation plans.Key Responsibilities:Help lead, analyze, and support the delivery of business plan and actively participating in the Integrated Business Planning process (IBP)Support brand portfolio management and lead commercialization/launch plans for renovation, business critical projects, PPA, and sustainability - including post launch tracking.Facilitate the development and execution of the integrated communication, activation, and media plans, maximizing media ROI, and working with internal and external media partners.Manage and oversee the daily operations of the brand which include developing and managing the organic strategy, overseeing all brand owned sites (website, e-Comm, etc.) and managing the budget.Analyze Snack Cracker portfolio performance, competitive brands, and category dynamics in order to deliver actionable insights.Provide inspiring leadership to both the brand team and cross-functional team members and help to manage priorities and deliver on goals.What extra ingredients you will bring:What you will bring A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge:Bachelor's Degree is requiredMinimum of 3 years work experience or equivalentAbility to thrive in and handle ambiguity & fast paced environment Ability to build and deliver against strict timelinesAbility to work with a cross functional teamAnalytic and creative thinking skillsStrong business acumenGood strategic thinking and problem solving capabilities and business acumenStrong communication skillsHighly organizedNo Relocation support availableBusiness Unit SummaryThe United States is the largest market in the Mondelz International family with a significant employee and manufacturing footprint.
