Assistant Project Manager

Overview: OVERVIEW: Responsible for coordinating projects from lead phase to completion.  Location & Travel Details: You’ll get the opportunity to travel across the US, focusing on sustainability efforts and helping our teams build the solar infrastructure. You have the potential to be placed on a project site located in any state throughout the US. Responsibilities: RESPONSIBILITIES: Coordinate engineering studiesCoordinate change order requestsCoordinate situations with engineersCoordinate with estimating on projectsSubmittals and requests for informationWork with owners and clients on specifications and technical questions in planning stagesWork on projects in planning stagesCoordinate with owners or clients on planning projectsCoordinate with regional managers on status of projectsCreate subcontracts and PO'sTrack job costs and predict monthly revenue streamsManage QA/QC on projectsIdentify, research and resolve all contract disputes with the OwnerMaintain prime contract with the Owner or ClientEstablish monthly billing procedure with the Owner or ClientEstablish and maintain job cost control, which will be reported monthlyReview general conditions cost on a monthly basisReview subcontractor's application for payment based on percent complete and approve or adjustApprove material and subcontract invoices for paymentIssue change orders to subcontractorsInitiate and execute all monthly progress payments to the Owner Qualifications: EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree (B.
