The Maintenance Supervisor role at the Wayland location provides support to the Maintenance team, driving and supporting key initiatives to improve performance throughout the plant.
You'll add value to this role by performing various functions including, but not limited to:
Training and motivating employees while administering maintenance tasks, work order, scheduling, and proceduresA ssigning work, analyzing productivity, workflow, and making recommendations to managementProblem solving and enforcing all company policies and proceduresBeing responsible for recognizing and reporting people safety, food safety, and/or quality issues Important Details:
This is a full-time role on 2nd shift, which operates from 4:00pm through 12:00am (midnight).
