Ingredion is hiring a Shipping & Receiving Operator in South Sioux City, NE. We are looking for a Shipping & Receiving Operator to safely and efficiently perform the job functions of loading/unloading trailers, moving pallets of product, palletizing bags, picking orders, completing documentation, and cleaning in the various Warehouse area . You must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, be self-motivated, and work well in a team setting. Candidates are required to be computer literate, read and write in English, and work in a team environment with little supervision.

Shipping & Receiving Operator
, your responsibilities will include:
Commitment to support and participate in our strong Safety culture of zero injury mindset.Immediately mitigates safety, health and environmental incidents or concerns, searching out assistance when needed.Ensures compliance with incident and accident investigation including Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and subsequent Corrective Actions.Ensures compliance with all plant regulatory, ISO, Quality, Food Safety systems, GMP policies, guidelines, standards and requirements.Learn and perform all job functions within the warehouse including loading/unloading trailers, moving pallets of product, palletizing bags, picking orders, completing documentation and cleaningLearn and be able to identify all packaged finished good products, packaging and raw material itemsComplete shipping, receiving and inspection documents neatly and accuratelyManage product inventory and follow first in-first out shipping and rotation principlesAchieve fork lift certificationMaintain a positive attitude and focus on customer relationsWillingness to assist wherever needed in the warehouseSelf-motivated, ability to complete tasks with minimal directionMaintain and promote a strong safety culture and follow all safety policies, procedures and regulations. Identify and communicate workplace hazards and correct or seek assistance in correcting unsafe actions or conditionsFollow all plant and food safety rules and procedures The
Shipping & Receiving Operator
