Join our top-notch team of 54,000+ professionals in 60 countries who are making their mark on some of the world’s most beloved brands, including DEWALT, CRAFTSMAN, STANLEY, BLACK+DECKER, IRWIN, LENOX and more.What You’ll DoAs an Assembler, you’ll be part of our Assembly Team at our Willard Plant located in Willard, OHYou’ll get to:Complete assigned production activities according to ISO work instructionsSuccessfully complete production assignments within the allotted takt timeSetup work stations as neededComplete visual inspections of both in-process and finished productsCheck in-process and finished parts using appropriate fixtures and gauges when requiredPerform operator level maintenance as neededReport any safety or quality issues to the appropriate personnelMaintain a clean and organized work areaUnderstand the safe operation of all equipmentAbide by all SBD policies and proceduresFollow all SBD safety rules and regulationsIdentify concerns and provide insight for continuous improvement opportunitiesOther related production duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Group LeaderWho You AreYou always strive to do a good job…but wouldn’t it be great if you could do your job and do a world of good?
