Master Craftsman Trainee

We are seeking a skilled and ambitious Tool & Die Apprentice to join our T&O Global Supply Chain team. As part of this role, you will be responsible for repairing and reconditioning existing tools, fixtures, and dies, as well as performing machine work on components for new tools, fixtures, and dies.

• Repair and recondition existing tools, fixtures, and dies as assigned
• Perform machine work on components for new tools, fixtures, and dies as required
• Operate lift truck, cranes, welders, and other equipment to perform Tool Room duties
• Maintain quality and production standards following all ISO and company procedures

To succeed in this role, you must possess a high school diploma or GED, successfully pass the apprenticeship entry exam, and have a valid lift truck operator license or complete lift truck training. Additionally, you should have basic understanding of machining, stamping, fabrication, and assembly operations.
