The purpose of the role is to promote the Hilti image, sell Hilti products and services, consult with customers and prospects in a Hilti Store. The role involves managing inventory, sales records, administrative functions, order information, maintaining the customer database and dealing directly with walk-in customers and local team members on a daily basis. The job holder needs to ensure total customer satisfaction and the promotion of the Hilti brand through successful operation and sales. What you need is: High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent work experience Previous customer service and/or sales skills preferred Ability to lead change and adapt to a fast paced, dynamic environment Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills Drive to develop strong and sustainable customer relationships. Must be willing to relocate within 18-24 months. After successful completion of the Hilti Store Representative Development Program, the next position will usually require a move; we are a global sales and marketing organization, geographic flexibility is a must.
