WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
We’re seeking a detail-oriented Manufacturing Systems Lead to manage and optimize our Epicor ERP system. The ideal candidate will ensure system performance, security, and data accuracy while providing user support, managing upgrades, and training. Strong technical skills and effective communication in a fast-paced manufacturing environment are essential.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Administer the organization's ERP system to ensure performance, data integrity, and security.
- Process, validate, and maintain ERP data for accurate system records.
- Monitor ERP security and manage user access and permissions.
- Assist in planning, testing, and deploying new ERP modules, upgrades, and patches.
- Document ERP system processes and provide end-user training to promote best practices.
- Track and manage support requests to ensure timely issue resolution.
- Maintain, generate, and analyze ERP reports to support organizational planning.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong understanding of ERP concepts, modules and best practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Epicor experience is preferred.
