Secure our Nation, Ignite your FutureBecome an integral part of a diverse team while working at an Industry Leading Organization, where our employees come first.  At ManTech International Corporation, you’ll help protect our national security while working on innovative projects that offer opportunities for advancement.Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated Senior Systems Administrator to join our team in Annapolis Junction, MD.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Providing support for implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of Information Technology (IT) systems.Management of IT system infrastructure and any processes related to those systemsProviding support to IT systems including day-to-day operations, monitoring, and problem resolution for client/server/storage/network devicesProviding problem identification, diagnosis, and resolution of problems.Implementing operating systems enhancements improving reliability and performance.Providing detailed analysis and feedback to customers.Basic Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university is required OR 5 years of additional Systems Administration experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.Must have 15 years’ experience as a Systems Administrator or related experience in programs and contracts for similar scope, type and complexity is required.Preferred Qualifications:At least (7) years’ experience deploying Microsoft Windows-based servers, including Active Directory and email OR at Least two (2) years’ experience deploying Microsoft Windows-based servers, including Active Directory and email with Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) certificationAt Least seven (7) years’ experience deploying Linux-based and Solaris-Based ServersAt Least five (5) years’ experience PC hardware troubleshootingShall have demonstrated experience in maintaining lab system infrastructure, including desktop workstations, the lab computer network, server computers, backup systems, power and cooling systems, IT asset management systems, printers, scanner and other peripherals.Security Requirements:An active TS/SCI with polygraph clearance is requiredPhysical Requirements:Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer.The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentationsWorking with DataMove about freely in a laboratory settingRepetitive MotionsFor all positions requiring access to technology/software source code that is subject to export control laws, employment with the company is contingent on either verifying U.S.-person status or obtaining any necessary license. The applicant will be required to answer certain questions for export control purposes, and that information will be reviewed by compliance personnel to ensure compliance with federal law.
