We are looking for an enthusiastic Radiology Technician Lead to help us reach our goals. Unlock your potentialJob Summary and QualificationsDemonstrates knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the patients served in his/her department. Demonstrates knowledge of the principles of growth and development over the life span, possesses the ability to assess data reflective of the patient’s requirements relative to his/her age-specific needs, and provides care needed as described in the departmental policies and procedures. Provides health care services applying x-ray energy to assist in diagnosis or treatment. Performs radiographic procedures producing images for interpretation by or at the request of a licensed practitioner. Exercises professional judgment in performance of services and maintains a demeanor that reflects a high standard of medical ethics. Recognizes conditions essential for the successful completion of procedures. Provides leadership and supervision of all employees and students in the diagnostic section. Provides appropriate health care services to neonatal, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients.What qualifications you will need:High School Diploma or equivalentGraduate from an accredited Radiology schoolCurrent Basic Cardiac Life Support CertificationRegistry eligible with ARRT and within six months become registered by the American Registry of Radiologic TechnologistsState of Nevada Licensure1 year of experience preferredHCA Healthcare has been named one of the World’s Most Ethical Companies by Ethisphere Institute for ten consecutive years (2010-2019).
