Assists in completion of all omni fulfillment processes, including: Ship From Store 9SFS), Buy Online Pickup in Stor(e BOPIS), and Curbside pick-up.Participate in Loss Prevention procedures related to Omni-Channel processes; assist incompleting daily FedEx Box Count Audits according to company Inventory Control and Loss Prevention standards.Fulfill the company-defined customer experience by completing all processes according to our service level standards.Adhere to established policies and procedures related to safety, loss prevention and standard operating procedures. Maintains confidentiality of all Company information.Create an inclusive store environment where everyone (teammates and customers) feels welcome, safe, and is treated with respect.Take an all-hands-on-deck approach to support the team across the store.Perform other tasks as assigned by management.TEAMMATE TRAITS:Our traits set the bar as to what great teammates look like. Ability to work at heights greater than 4 feet with use of a ladder, aerial lifting device, or platform.Ability to perform repetitive motions for short periods of time (up to 2 hours continuously).Based on the location of the House of Sport, you may be required to submit relevant state mandated clearances to supervise minors.
