Part-time Associates who have completed their probationary period can move to full-time vacancies within their department provided such movement will not unreasonably reduce the operational efficiency of that department. Seeking a NYS licensed Social Worker to work with an interdisciplinary team and provide individual, family, and group psychotherapy to adult patients.  Services would be extended to patients diagnosed with a wide range of mental illnesses.  Will maintain documentation in compliance with the Office of Mental Health and Joint Commission guidelines.  Supervision towards licensure provided.

 

Job Requirement: 

  • Knowledge of and practice of the DSMV is required.
  • Experience or training working in an outpatient/ambulatory treatment setting is strongly preferred.
  • Experience in providing evidenced based care (CBT/DBT/IPT) a plus. 
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is required.
  • Masters in Social Work from an accredited University
  • NYS Licensed LMSW/LCSW
