Here, you will make an impact by:Leads site facility operations team and responsible for staffing and employee development, facility and equipment maintenance and repair, facility improvement project execution, building renewal.Develops and maintains the technical competency for the Maintenance team, provides leadership, coaching and direction to hourly and salary resources.Leads site capital planning process. Develops multi-year renewal and investment plan. Builds financial justification in cooperation with site accounting analyst. Leverages corporate and external resources to achieve long term capital goals.Leads Management of Change (MOC) and Pre-Safety Start-up Review (PSSR) processes to ensure safe and effective implementation of change.Supports and ensures environmental, health, safety, regulatory and intellectual property compliance.   Provides direction for effective and consistent use of design standards and guidelines.  Complies with professional and quality standards, corporate policies and procedures, and acts in a manner consistent with Solventum’s values, practices and ethical standards.Your Skills and Expertise  To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree or higher in a Science or Engineering discipline and (7) years of manufacturing experience in a private, public, government or military environment and 1 year of experience in a maintenance, manufacturing, or engineering supervisor roleORHigh School Diploma/GED from and (11) years of manufacturing experience in a private, public, government or military environment and 1 year of experience in a maintenance, manufacturing, or engineering supervisor roleAdditional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:Proven experience of supervising a maintenance, manufacturing, technical, or engineering organization to achieve operational objectives in EHS, Quality, Service and CostExperience leading salary or hourly employees, and development and training of employeesProject leadership experienceProcess experience across several technologies: web handling and converting,  automation, robotics, and vision systemsAbility to work well with cross-functional peer team, provide leadership for a diverse organization, and influence skills to support positive change acceptance within the work team.Work location:  Onsite (Flemington, NJ)Travel: May include up to 10% domestic/internationalRelocation Assistance: May be authorizedMust be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).Supporting Your Well-being Solventum offers many programs to help you live your best life – both physically and financially. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
