Here, you will make an impact by:Assemble/package manufactured products in accordance with applicable proceduresPerforms all quality checks in accordance with applicable proceduresEscalate quality and other production related issues to lead and line coordinators for redress as well as document tasks and complete DHR records per cGMP standardResponsible for stocking raw packaging materials for items to be packagedUnderstand and follow all work-related policies and seek clarification as necessary to enhance complianceYour Skills and Expertise  To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:Possess a High School Diploma/GED or higher (completed prior to start)Ability to work overtime, weekends, or holidays as neededAbility to work 2nd shift (Monday - Friday; 2:00pm - 10:30pm)Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:Three (3) months of manufacturing experienceWork location: Onsite - 10351 W 70th St, Eden Prairie, MN 55344-3446Travel: No TravelRelocation Assistance: Not AuthorizedMust be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).Supporting Your Well-being Solventum offers many programs to help you live your best life – both physically and financially.
