Reporting to our General Manager, the Retail Manager will oversee a busy Einsteins Bagel, a coffee shop, automated 24/7 vending machines, beer concessions for Football and Basketball, and support other campus dining during summer months. The Retail Manager will provide leadership, training and development for 10 hourly employees. Is this opportunity right for you? We are looking for candidates who have:2 - 4 years management experience in food retail, large restaurant, Food Court, or other food concepts;have a work history in Food Retail management demonstrating leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively with all levels of the organization;possess the ability to manage multiple priorities and exhibit a passion for a high-level of customer service;demonstrate initiative, be a self starter and leader.
