Reporting to the Production Manager, the Asset Owner will be responsible for driving strong production line performance through operator and equipment routines, including ensuring that the line(s) are maintained in good base condition. You'll add value to this role by performing various functions including, but not limited to:
Developing and executing daily action plans as part of shift huddle and line review.Validating daily line performance, transactions, and time losses.Communicating and coaching operators according to observed daily results.With a focus on continuous improvement, defining, implementing, and improving processes while coaching operators to follow standard practices.Perform Employee Health and Safety audits, develop plans for creating an orderly and clean work environment. Important Details:
This is a full-time permanent salaried role on 1st shift, which operates Monday through Friday .
Occasional work outside of normal business hours and some Saturdays required .
About You :

High School Diploma or equivalent.Experience leading and coaching teams with a willingness to listen, learn, and share knowledge.Knowledge and expertise of food manufacturing processes and systems.Good analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to drive insights even during stressful and complex situations.Demonstrated ability to follow instructions and process documents and provide effective verbal and written communication.
