Ophthalmology opening in Rochester, MN - Part-time, permanent position - H1b Visa SponsorshipSeeking a part-time (0.6 - 0.8 FTE, 24-32 hours per week) Board Certified/Board Eligible Experienced Comprehensive Ophthalmologist. This position will join a collaborative team of two ophthalmologists, three optometrists, techs, and support staff. Position Highlights: - Engage in expanding comprehensive ophthalmology services.- Join a community-based practice with over 200 providers in 35 specialties.- Internal referrals to support your practice.- Combination of clinic and OR schedules.- Market-based 2-year guarantee followed by RVU-based production pay plan.- Competitive benefits package, including six weeks of protected time off and a Retirement Savings Plan.- Collaborative work environment.- EMR: Epic.
