Simply put, we take care of our advisors, so they can take care of their clients.Job Overview:As part of the alternative investments team within Wealth Management Solutions (WMS), the primary responsibility of this role will be to support the implementation of the firm’s strategy for alternative investments. This position reports to the VP, Alternative Investments Strategy and Product Management. This role will be responsible for the day-to-day execution of the initiatives set forth by the alternative investments and LPL leadership teams. The role will involve collaboration with multiple internal groups and require strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work within tight deadlines and changing priorities. The AVP will contribute substantially to the WMS group’s goal of delivering a world-class alternative investments platform.Responsibilities:Assist the VP, Alternative Investments in the day-to-day execution of the projects and initiatives implementing the strategic vision for the alternatives platform and LPL as a firmResponsible for overseeing the successful initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling, and closure of complex projects involving multiple teams and workstreamsDrive a high attention-to-detail standard for all aspects of workDevelop strong relationships with product sponsors and industry professionals to further the firm’s advancement of our strategic visionWhat are we looking for?
