Dealpath is seeking a Sr. Product Manager who will lead a product development pod and roadmap that achieves business objectives in our next phase of growth as we power the largest asset class in the world (real estate) through digital transformation. You will be responsible for defining and prioritizing impactful features, gathering customer requirements and feedback, working closely with design, engineering, quality, marketing, and sales, and performing quantitative and qualitative analysis to optimize and improve our product and customer value into the future.

This is an amazing opportunity to drive a product roadmap in a highly visible and impactful role reporting directly to the SVP of Product and regularly presenting to and working with the C-Suite of the largest investment management and capital markets firms in the world (ex. Blackstone, Nuveen, Starwood, Oxford, CBRE, JLL, etc.)

  • Lead a product development pod and roadmap and own major product features, from initial conception to final release
  • Collaborate with design, engineering, quality, marketing, and sales to build and successfully release products and features that delight our customers

We're excited that you have:

  • Experience conceiving, developing and delivering software features/capabilities in a data driven, agile product development process
  • Strong analytical skills and command of common tools for data analytics and product management (ex. Mixpanel, Full Story, Jira, etc.)
  • Previous experience in high growth environments
  • Excellent communication skills and proven history of working collaboratively across multiple groups to ship high-quality, successful products

Qualifications:

  • 3-5+ years of progressive experience as a product manager in a high performing product team with a proven track record of success moving numbers to achieve product engagement, customer retention, and revenue goals
  • Experience and strong command common tools for data analytics and product management (ex. Mixpanel, Full Story, Jira, etc.)
  • Ability to work in our San Francisco office 3+ days per week

  • The estimated pay range for California candidates for this position is $170,000 - $195,000 base.
  • This position is also eligible for Dealpath's equity plan. Your compensation will be based upon several factors including your experience, qualifications, education, location, and the skills assessed in Dealpath's interview process.
  • Your actual compensation will be confirmed in writing at the time of offer.
  • Dealpath's compensation ranges are determined by current market data, so compensation data posted on our job posts may change as new market data becomes available.
