Are you up for the dare?This position is not eligible for Visa Sponsorship.POSITION SUMMARYAs a Storeroom Coordinator, you will be responsible for efficiently operating and coordinating all processes related to the storeroom (parts room) in the Fort Dodge Plant. You will maintain the storeroom functions as it pertains to inventory, ordering, receiving, stock levels, cycle counts, procurement of parts and ensuring that all maintenance materials, supplies and spare parts are properly cataloged and entered into SAP.Actively participate in storeroom management with removing or adding parts to inventory. Review, set-up, order all spare parts to be added to the storeroom. Review and inventory consignment parts regularly with the vendor and review all vendor delivery tickets.Responsible for seeing that all non-moving parts are frequently reviewed, and appropriate actions are taken to dispose of non-moving parts per established operating standards andfor insuring that all assets are properly entered and maintained up to date in the factory fixed asset system.Adhere to goals established on the maintenance indices report including parts maintenance, setting up new parts, change/modify existing parts; receive, issue, and allocate parts; daily interaction of all aspects of SAP and coordinating quarterly, semi-annual and annual storeroom cycle counts.Maintain monthly inventory, reconcile parts, and investigate any inventory variances. Create a log of parts allocated and maintain the equipment in the storeroom and assist in updating PM work orders.Responsible for obtaining the best quality materials, supplies and spare part repairs at the least cost using competitive bidding, National Buying Agreements, etc.Other duties as required by supervision, none of which would require physical or mental ability that is not already needed to perform other duties as specifically listed.RequirementsHigh school diploma or GED equivalent1+ years of experience working with inventory management, ordering, purchasing or data entry in a manufacturing, warehouse, industrial, military, or related environment.The approximate payrangefor this position is $43,000 to $55,000 annually. Please note that the payrangeprovided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.
