Short Description

First point of contact on escalations.

Service Recovery Delays and Cancellations.

Facilitate Patient Flow via EPIC.

Patient Experience and employee observation rounding.

Equipment Rounding and Inventory.

Daily Huddles.

Call out coverage responsibility - Finding coverage.

Managing Lunch Breaks – coverage.

Assist with Monthly and Annual Training.

Supports New Hire On-Boarding and Training.

Responsible for Annual Performance Reviews.


Experience Required

3-5 years experience preferred.


Education Requirements

High School Diploma or GED


Special Requirements

Ability to communicate with patients, visitors and coworkers

Basic Microsoft Office Skills
