Conduct product sampling and testing to ensure compliance.
Material Handling:

Perform physically demanding tasks such as moving hoses, cleaning equipment, and handling heavy materials.
Inventory Management:
Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and product movement.
Chemical Handling:
Safely handle and work with chemicals according to guidelines.

Transferable Skills
Given the nature of the Process Operator role, individuals with experience in the following areas would be particularly well-suited:
Trades: Auto mechanics, machine operators, welders, or similar trades.
Manufacturing: Experience in other industrial settings.
Hobbies: Tinkering with appliances, robotics, electronics, or home repairs.
Military: Roles involving equipment operation or maintenance.

Work Environment:
Our Bedford Park plant is a dynamic, 300-acre facility operating 24/7, 365 days a year. You'll be part of a unionized team working rotating 5-week shifts across three shifts (8-16 hours), five days a week. While the work is challenging, it offers opportunities for growth and stability. The plant environment can be demanding, with varying temperatures, noise levels, and potential exposure to heights. Respiratory protection may be required in certain areas. The nature of our operations may also involve encounters with pests.Physical Requirements:
Standing and walking for extended periods.
Climbing stairs and ladders (applicants should not be fearful of heights).
Bending, reaching, pushing, and pulling.
Working in confined spaces.
Wearing personal protective equipment (PPE) including hard hats, safety shoes, and safety harnesses.
