Own the overall product roadmap. Discuss product features with engineering leadership to align on goals and solutions. Work with multiple development teams following agile practices. In the long term establish a talent pipeline of product managers who are passionate about creating useful products. Qualifications: Possess a minimum of 11 years of experience in product management. Demonstrate expertise in Portfolio & Project Management (PPM) and NSP Product Management. Have a strong background in Products Management. Exhibit excellent communication and collaboration skills. Show proficiency in using PPM tools and methodologies. Display strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Hold a relevant certification in product management or a related field. The annual salary for this position is between $102K – $150K depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
