That’s why we do not require any experience in our service centers It doesn’t matter if you’re a recent high-school grad, a well-seasoned professional looking for a change, a veteran transitioning back into civilian life or somewhere in the middle.THE TOOLS WE’LL PROVIDE TO YOU Paid on-the-job trainingNo late evenings – Most locations close by 7pm Competitive pay set at $19.25 per hourNow offering DailyPay Have the flexibility to get paid dailyPromoting from within – 95% of upper-level management started out in an entry-level positionTuition ReimbursementEmployee Discount – 50% off most services for up to 2 vehiclesPaid vacation and holidaysMedical, Dental, Vision, and 401(k) Savings plan*Terms and conditions apply and benefits may differ depending on locationResponsibilitiesProvide exceptional customer service and address any concerns or questions.Perform oil changes, filter replacements, and lubrication services for vehicles.Inspect vehicles for any potential issues or areas that require attention.Conduct basic maintenance tasks such as tire rotations and fluid level checks.Basic computer knowledge/aptitudeKeep track of inventory and ensure all supplies are readily available.Maintain a clean and organized work environment.Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.RequirementsAttention to detail and ability to follow instructions.Excellent problem-solving skillsStrong customer service and communication skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.Able to learn and follow the VIOC SuperPro process for all services.Achieve SuperPro certification.Must have reliable transportation.Essential FunctionsInspecting and replacing car lights and wipers.Check fluid levels and add fluids to vehicle when necessary.Inspect/replace engine air filter and cabin air filter.Add oil to engine in the proper amount based on specifications of vehicle make/model.Able to remove/rotate/lift/reinstall tires for tire rotation service.Lubricate necessary components of the chassis/driveline.Perform additional services on cooling systems and transmissions.Perform second checks by visually verifying and performing proper callouts to ensure all necessary services have been performed correctly.Able to move from bay to bay to perform services on multiple vehicles.Frequently ascends/descends stairs/catwalks/stepstools to retrieve vehicle parts (filters, wipers, etc.) or perform services top side or underneath the vehicle (drain oil, replace filter, differential services, lubrication)Able to work for extended periods of time with arms above your head when performing services underneath the vehicle on a catwalk.Constantly positions self to perform required services under the hood, related to tires, or on catwalk working underneath the vehicle.Able to move/transport items up to approximately 50 pounds.Able to work with tools to perform duties in tight sometimes hard to reach areas.Communicate verbally and receive verbal communication to ensure services are performed accurately, safely and in the proper order.EnvironmentIn this position you will be subject to environmental conditions. Activities occur inside and outside and in varying temperature conditions.In this position you will be subject to noise. There is sufficient noise to cause the worker to shout in order to be heard above ambient noise level.In this position you will be subject to hazards. Includes a variety of conditions including but not limited to proximity to moving mechanical parts, moving vehicles, electrical current, exposure to high heat, and exposure to chemicals.In this position you will be subject to atmospheric conditions.
